The project of consolidation of the North Experimental Area is a CERN wide project.
A sketch of the general Project Leader (PL) is assisted by a Deputy Project Leader (DPL) and five coordinators defining a Project Team.
The project is divided into six distinct work categories (WC), each of which is further divided into various work packages (WP).
